Palette
Choose whether the piece should feel bright, muted, warm, cool, or limited to one accent color. References help communicate the direction.
Custom color tattooing · Ueno
Custom color work planned around a clear palette, readable contrast, body placement, and the level of detail that suits the chosen scale.
Design approach
A color tattoo works best when the palette has a clear hierarchy. One focal color, supporting tones, black structure, and open skin can read more strongly than trying to give every small element equal intensity.
Bring references for the subject and the color mood you like. The artist adapts those references to the placement, scale, and your individual skin rather than copying a digital image color for color.
Planning note: screen colors are not a promise of an exact result on skin. The artist discusses a practical pigment palette after reviewing the design, placement, scale, and your reference images.
Before you book
Choose whether the piece should feel bright, muted, warm, cool, or limited to one accent color. References help communicate the direction.
Dark structure and open areas help colored details stay readable. The balance depends on the subject and the viewing distance.
Small color accents can suit a compact design, while portraits, layered Japanese motifs, and multi-character scenes need more room.

I work in a wide range of styles, from traditional to black & gray, lettering, and color. I love chatting with clients — though of course I'll match your pace. With my height and my many self-poked tattoos I may seem hard to approach at first, but I'm really just a tattoo-loving chatterbox, so let's get along. From classic styles to anything else, I'll keep working until you have a tattoo you're truly happy with.
Meet Manato →
With the proposal skills honed at art school, I help shape even the images you can't quite put into words. Feel free to talk to me before your idea is fully formed! I treasure each person's character and worldview.
Meet Miyu →
I handle a wide range of work, from delicate designs to blackwork, neo-traditional, and neo-Japanese. I am a tattooist and, at the same time, an artist pursuing my own expression. Not bound by existing styles, I create one-of-a-kind pieces with a sensibility all my own. Leave it to me.

“Staff were extremely nice and patient with me — I didn't speak Japanese and it was my first ever tattoo. I believe the quality is great and no regrets at all. Next time I get another tattoo, definitely coming back here.”
